Our exclusive after sales care has been established to make your dream of owning Southacres home hassle free. We offer exemplary after sales care and go that extra mile to ensure you enjoy living in your new home.
Before completion of the development, our construction and project manager will inspect the property with you and make sure you are completely satisfied.
Your home will be allocated a finishing foreman who would have worked on the construction of your home, giving them an intimate knowledge of the workings putting him in best place for fault finding, should there be any. They will be a person of good character, known by us for years leading to a relationship of trust between you and the individual.
This foreman will be assigned to you for one year post completion; a service not seen anywhere else!
Interior Design Service
As part of our bespoke construction service, Southacres also work closely with acclaimed interior designer company Modern and Classic Interiors headed up by Krissy Forder.
Krissy prides herself on the ability to provide a service that is tailored, experienced and thorough, with uncompromising attention to detail in both service and design. She can transform any space and inject glamour, luxury and sophistication whilst meeting all clients desires.
The way in which each project is approached allows her team to work within a variety of interior spaces, with expertise in designing apartments, houses, restaurants, hotels and bars.
Quality and attention to detail is what defines Krissy and separates her unique offering from the rest of the design world.
She specialises in creating remarkable living environments. With the experience in adapting and refurbishing both classical and contemporary properties, she is able to deliver modern and traditional solutions that are both sympathetic to their environment as well as a client's needs and aspirations.
